Shipping

We roast to order, so every order has two stages: production, then transit.

Production: 3–4 business days. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. You'll get a confirmation email as soon as your order is placed, and a tracking email when it ships.

Transit: 2–5 business days after it leaves the roaster, depending on where you are.

We ship within the United States only. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Returns

Our policy lasts 14 days from the delivery date. To be eligible, items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original packaging with tags still attached.

Return shipping is $6.99 for any number of items and is deducted from your store credit. Your original shipping charge is not refunded. Store credit is issued as an online gift card to the email address on the original order.

All items are subject to a 10% restocking fee, depending on their condition.

We do not accept exchanges. If a different item or size would suit you better, return the item and place a new order.

Only regular priced items may be refunded; sale items cannot be refunded.
