Refund policy

Returns

We hope you're happy with what you ordered. If something isn't right, our return policy lasts 14 days from the delivery date.

To be eligible, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags still attached.

How it works

Email back9mafia@gmail.com to start a return. We'll send instructions.

Return shipping is $6.99 for any number of items, deducted from your store credit. Your original shipping charge is not refunded.

Store credit is issued as an online gift card to the email address on the original order.

All items are subject to a 10% restocking fee, depending on their condition.

Exchanges

We don't do exchanges. If a different item or size would suit you better, return the item and place a new order for the one you want.

Exceptions

Only regular priced items may be refunded; sale items cannot be refunded. We may deny a return that doesn't meet the conditions above.

Coffee is not returnable once opened.
